David Benjamin Sherry is a talented young artist whose work shares a mix of quality with a sense of theatricality his work is a sexuality intermixed with themes of the occult. This image of a dramatically lit bunch of grapes with semen dripping from the bottom is turned upside-down, obscuring its inherent sexual overtones is a perfect example. New York born and based Sherry has had work featured all around the globe but is very much a feature of the scene in New York and you can look out for an upcoming exhibition at Andre Schlechtriem Contemporary in Berlin Germany this coming June.
