Die-hard Star Wars nerds will be delighted to discover that you can now buy a life-sized R2-D2 Projector to recreate Princess Leia’s badly-looped call for help in your own home (but with DVDs or video games instead). The projector can be driven into position using the Millenium Falcon-shaped remote control, and plays CDs and iPods as well as projecting photos, DVDs and games onto walls or ceilings. Other bonuses include origial sound effects and a built-in speaker system, while the downsides are that it costs $2900 and won’t impress girls.
