Apple and its fans are no strangers to rumors and the latest one is that this year they will be opening mini-stores inside Target. The source reports that there would be a store-within-a-store in participating Target locations. This would be similar to the Apple stations inside Best Buy. The program would start with 25 larger Target stores in areas that can’t support a stand alone store. They currently sell Apple but this move would further bring consumers into the Apple experience through different fixtures and merchandising.
