The 40th edition of Art Basel is currently taking place in, appropriately, Basel, Switzerland through to the 14th June 09. This time around, Art basel has received a record breaking 1,100 applicants where they have selected more than 300 galleries from all over the globe will be showcasing more than 2500 artists works. The Art Unlimited hall, with its 60 large-scale projects, and the Public Art Projects on the exhibition square offer further highlights. See below for an inside view.
