In mid-March, creative collective O.H.W.O.W. and Sabrina Blaichman, Caroline Copley and Genevieve Hudson Price of 7Eleven Gallery as well as Nick Poe brought together a collection of emerging and established New York artists and proposed a ‘Better History’ a cross-generational bridge between New York’s past and its future. The group exhibition explores vast landscapes of influence, developing styles and divergent possibilities for the city’s art. Among those artists featured are Tim Barber, Scott Campbell, Fab 5 Freddy, Steve Powers, Ed Ruscha, Tom Sachs and Kenny Scharf. ‘Better History’ will be on display at 7Eleven gallery until April 11th.
