BMW Art Car From 1975 to 2010
BMW and art have been working together since 1975 on their on going series of Art Cars. Started by French race car driver and auctioneer, Herve Poulain, pairing up renowned artist Alexander Calder and a BMW 3.0 CSL. Since then BMW racing and production models have served as a canvas for artists including the likes of Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg and Roy Lichtenstein.
