I know it seems like we have given you a detailed run down of each step of the Chanel Mobile Art Exhibition, but when it is this impressive it is hard to look past it. Having read the NY TImes story about Zaha Hadid’s creation in Central Park in New York and having seen it in person in Tokyo it continues to amaze me. “Designed to display artworks that were inspired by Chanel’s 2.55, a quilted chain-strap handbag, its mysterious nautiluslike form, which can be easily dismantled and shipped to the next city on its global tour, reflects the keen architectural intelligence we have come to expect from its Hadid”.
