Chilean born and Montreal based filmmaker/curator Pablo Aravena (NEXT: A Primer on Urban Painting) brings some of Chile’s finest street artists to Los Angeles with Chile Estyle, an all Chilean group show opening December 10th 2009 at Carmichael Gallery. The exhibition features an energetic selection of mixed media works by Agotok, Cekis, Horate, Inti (above) and La Robot de Madera.
Cekis and Inti have also flown into LA to create a site-specific installation at the gallery – preview their work in progress below and check here for updates.
The exhibition opens with a reception on Thursday, December 10th, 2009 from 7-10pm and runs through December 23rd, 2009.
