The Standard Hotel has commissioned painter and street artist Chris Johanson to design cutsom match boxes/books for each of their hotels in Miami, LA, New York, and Hollywood. The Miami book presents a beach theme, the LA box (pictured above) depicts a mellow as cali lifestyle and the New York book shows the hotel as a santuary from the bustle of the big apple. The Miami, New York, and Hollywood boxes have been released and the LA Downtown design will be released soon. The matchbooks are available in the guest rooms at each of the hotels.
