Commune de Paris for Dr. Martens 50th Anniversary Exhibition
As part of an exhibition at French boutique Le Bon Marché, Commune de Paris have contributed their piece of Dr. Marten art in celebration of Dr. Marten’s 50th Anniversary. The extremely distressed and mangled boots are laces with french colored ribbons and placed on a plaque-esque bottomed piece of wood complete with an engraved message ‘Souvenir de Paris – Dr. Martens 1871′ on brass, making the Dr. Marten boots look as if they are part of a trophy.
The exhibition will be on show until April 24th 2010.
