World renowned artist Damien Hirst has made a name for himself by drawing peoples attention to various elements, but no more so that the process of life and death. Preparing for an exhibition at the coveted Gow Langsford Gallery in Auckland, New Zealand, this first look shows his notorious skull design referring to “The Dead”, while he associates butterflies with “The Souls”. Each of the series’ is made up of several compositions in various colorways and fifteen limited edition prints so if you are down under make sure you try and catch this rare glimpse of Hirst’s work with The Dead and The Souls exhibition scheduled to run from July 30 through August 27.
