Just incase you needed a new skull from Damien Hirst, here’s 30 more for you to choose from. Russia see’s the arrival of Hirst, the new show at Triumph Gallery started December 17th and presents Damien Hirst’s new multiples project, ‘The Dead’, a series of 30 limited edition prints of one of the artist’s most explored motifs, the human skull. Death has been a central theme for Hirst throughout his career. This series of foil-block prints, with its vibrant, joyful colours, is reminiscent of the images produced to mark the Mexican Day of the Dead.
The show runs through till the 15th January, so if you’re in Moscow, you know what to do.
