Banksy Returns To Take Aim At The British Version of NSA
Banksy is back and he’s just as controversial as ever. His newest piece appeared in Cheltenham, around a phone booth, and features a bunch of guys in trench coats and glasses, seemingly listening in on someone’s phone conversation. The piece is only a few miles from a listening post for the Government Communications Headquarters, which is basically the British version of the NSA.
