Faile and Bast have teamed up on an interactive art installation entitled Deluxx Fluxx Arcade at Lazarides Rathbone Place Gallery. The video games were created especially for the show and there is even a custom neon sign that greets you at the entrance. “The basement was an explosion of dayglo colour with the walls fully covered by paste ups and the floor stenciled with a carpet of geometric patterns. Two table football games (or foosball for our stateside readers) were the centerpiece of the basement.” I love stuff like this just cause I think making art more fun and interactive is a good way to get more people into loving art.
