I’m not really a big fan of modern cars, I appreciate them from a design and engineering point of view but don’t personally feel they are what I want to drive, to the point where I drive a late 60′s Mercedes and am willing to put up with all the drama that comes with that, but this new Ferrari 458 Spider might have just changed my views slightly. The car is the world’s first mid-rear engined berlinetta equipped with a retractable hardtop and debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show. There’s plenty of technical details, but the pictures say much more.
