LA based artist Gomez Bueno’s latest solo gallery showing, “Películas y Musicales de los Estudios Gómez Bueno” (Movies and Musicales from the Gomez Bueno Studios), see the artist re purposing iconography of some of the world most symbolic brandings and giving them his uniquely tounge and cheek touch. The subject matter sees references from Ed Roth’s work to the childhood favorite of so many, Snoopy. The exhibiiton is currently running in Gomez Bueno’s homeland of Barcelona, Spain at Iguapop Gallery.
