Herman Miller has announced that they will be releasing a series of product reintroductions from its collection of iconic designs by George Nelson. These reintroductions will be starting as of the 21st of May 2011 and will begin with the ‘Basic Cabinet Series.’ This series was originally designed by George Nelson in 1946 as a modular system with pieces that could be interchangeable and become compatible with any room or setting. The series will include four chest-cabinet combinations, available in either light brown walnut or natural oak veneer. The pieces can be arranged in either vertical or horizontal settings to achieve a custom made look.
