Takashi Murakami recently joined Instagram, a move which has allowed him to show fans inside his vast studio space and provide an insight into his working practice. A number of new paintings are seen to be in progress – we’re not entirely sure what for, but possibly for his solo show at Galerie Perrotin in May. The next few months will be a busy time for Murakami who will also be releasing his debut feature film, Jellyfish Eyes. (via Arrested Motion)
