Today marks the day that Jeffery Deitch is to officially start his new directional position at LA’s MOCA museum. To start off with a (current) bang, Deitch has honored his beginnings with and ending, a Tribute To Dennis Hopper. ‘Dennis Hopper Double Standard‘ will open to the public on July 11th 2010.  Dennis Hopper Double Standard is curated by Julian Schnable and will feature sculpture, painting, film installation and photography, including the 1961 car windshield shot (above). Also included will be personal holdings from the Easy Rider’s collection.
