Founded in 1892 and responsible for introducing both 35mm colour film, and the Megapixel Sensor, Kodak has played a massive role in the history of photography and its tools. The Wall Street Journal is reporting Kodak is set to declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy unless the company can sell a portion of digital patents.
