This week the mother of performance art announced her intentions to make a film on who she considers to be “the most interesting actor of the moment.” Abramovic and Franco share a sense of eccentricity that drive their respective careers. She explains she is drawn to the actor/PhD Student/contemporary artist because he isn’t afraid to take risks and because “he hardly sleeps. He just keeps going.” No word from Franco yet regarding the project, but records show he probably won’t need much convincing to participate.
