The opening of Martin Wittfooth’s solo show, Sandcastles in the Tide will be opening today at the Copro Nason Gallery in Santa Monica, CA. Wittfooth’s work in this show features animals and plants that appear to be the only survivors in areas decimated by man-made disasters. The darker side of humanity, the results, and nature reclaiming what once belonged to her are a common themes in these paintings that feature stunning detail. The solo show will be running through September 2nd.
