Some of you will know Raf Simons did take time off fashion early in his career – and was a very successful curator – he’s now teamed up with Mercedes-Benz with a new project series, starting off this July 2011 in Berlin.

“The Avantgarde Diaries” is a worldwide festival-tour, curated by Raf Simons for Mercedes Benz, where design, art, music, film and fashion merge in an avantgarde way. During a three-day festival RAF together with 10 selected artists will present their individual perception of Avantgarde.
