The Damien Hirst grand piano adorned with butterflies showcased itself at the 30th birthday of Museum Of Contemporary Art Los Angeles last Sunday with a Lady Gaga performance of “Speechless” whilst she donned a hat by Frank Gehry and costume created by video artist Francesco Vezzoli and Miuccia Prada. This year MOCA Los Angeles will be showcasing the entire collection for the first time ever in two parts, the first is that of; Collection: MOCA’s First Thirty Years Exhibition. The festivities brought together the likes of Brad Pitt and Takahashi Murakami. The exhibitions will run through to 3rd May 2010.
