It still remains to be confirmed by the artist at this point, but it appears that the above piece is the newest Banksy, according to street art fans and afficionados. A similar image is currently on display at Bristol Museum vs. Banksy. This piece is located atop the Great Western Studios Building in Westbourne Park, London.
