Nike+ technology is groundbreaking and there’s no doubt about that, since its inception its also been the base for numerous developments and experiments around the technology. Have a look at this experiment by a class studying Interaction at New York’s School of Visual Arts. The class created an infographic based on a 500,000-point dataset of Nike+ users in New York. Between 7 September and 12 December 2010, the 1000 user tracked ran a total of 6986 miles – the equivalent to the air distance between Manhattan and Seoul.
