Purple Diary has presented a look into the opening of Richard Prince’s “Opening Of American Prayer” Exhibition at the Bibliothèque nationale de France. The exhibition was comprised of Prince’s artworks, a showcase of his obsessive book collection and a selection of the BnF’s archive. Among the gems are a first edition of ’Lolita’, copies of the Amsterdam sex paper ‘Suck Magazine’, a copy of The Naked Lunchowned by Timothy Leary and many more. The exhibition runs untill the 26th of June and you can view all of the opening night photos here.
