
Artist Rob Pruitt has organised to present The First Annual Art Award which will showcase tonight at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in association with White Columns. The Art Awards select individuals, exhibitions, and projects that have made a significant impact on contemporary art during the past year. Nominees inside eleven categories were determined by a council of more than four hundred artists and art world professionals. Presenters including Cecily Brown, Sofia Coppola, Knight Landesman, Nate Lowman, and Mary-Kate Olsen will announce winners at an awards ceremony. See nominees below.
