A textile designer of 26 years, Ronel Jordaan has taken to the art of using textile fabrics, such as felt, and has been moulding them into more natural shapes such as rocks, leaves, flowers and thorns since 2005. With an expanding business growing over the last five years, Ronel Jordaan’s designs can now be found all over the world. Her most recognizable work is that of her felt rock cushions and her amazing vintage lamps (see above). I have been trying to locate one of these lamps lately so I am definitely going to hunt these down!
