Scheduled to open on the 11th of September is Takashi Murakami‘s first Hong Kong exhibition, held at the Fabrik Contemporary Arts Gallery. The exhibtion will showcase Murakami’s various prints and canvas works from 2001 right through to 2008 alongside work from fellow Kaikai Kiki artists Mr. and Chiho Aoshima. Murakami, hugely popular for his superflat painting style have over the years achieved phenomenal success, notably collaborating with Louis Vuitton on numerous projects as well as leading his own Kaikai kiki enterprise. The exhibition will run from September the 11th until the 30th, with such a great lineup of artists work on show, this is an exhibition you won’t want to miss, so check it out if you’re in the area.
