A few years ago I was lucky enough to catch the Murakami show in New York but he will be back this year to create the Thanksgiving Parade Float for Macy’s. Two of Murakami’s more popular mascots Kaikai and Kiki will be turned into floats with 16 foot wide heads. The two colorful creations will be a site to see floating down the streets.
