Tim Burton retrospective exhibition opened this past weekend at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The retrospective presents a look at Burtons work as a film director, artist, illustrator, photographer, and writer. Bringing together over 700 drawings, paintings, photographs, moving-image works, storyboards, puppets, concept artworks, maquettes, costumes, and cinematic ephemera, including art from a range of Burtons little-known personal projects. The show is open now and runs through until October 31st, 2011.
