Mercedes’ SL series is enjoying its 60th year as an iconic luxury vehicle line, and to celebrate the automakers are presenting an exhibition at their centre in Irvine, California. Timeless – 60 years of the Mercedes-Benz SL series will highlight every model from their archive of that time, and will feature some historic scenes  - cars from the SL series have appeared in 150 television and movie moments.
