Tokujin Yoshioka’s Polychromatic Installation for LEXUS HS
Here is a fascinating piece of work from coveted Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka with this shimmering, polychromatic installation conceived for the LEXUS new model HS. Due to the refraction of the light caused by overlapping optical films on one another, the transparent skin gives off the illusion of a dual portrait - a hazy image that merges reality and fantasy is quite unique. The piece was fabricated to generate an experience as if immersed in a mystical aura.
