Japanese artist Tomoo Gokita has been creating a recent stir with his tight lipped responses to his monochrome figures inspirations, so it comes with great interest that NYC get to view his latest works titled ‘Champion Carnival’ showing at ATM Gallery. Moving effortlessly between abstract and his more recognizable hybrid figurative style, Gokita has created a beautiful body of new work consisting of fluid mechanics that hold sexual tones.
