Banksy’s “No Ball Games” will no longer be out to play on the streets of Tottenham, England.
Reports say that the Sincura Group has removed the piece, likely so it can be sold. “Everybody knew it around here and went to have a look at it. It was a little iconic bit of Tottenham,” Janet Cooke, who works near the wall, told the BBC. “Now it’s going to be famous for being a place where a Banksy was once.”
The work was so large that it had to be removed in three parts, and had been standing on the side of a shop in Tottenham since 2009.
