We have just launched a micro-site to inform and document the events of the week, which include not just ‘The Paper Chase’ exhibition including original works from Jose Parla, Scott Campbell, Todd James, Neckface, Manny Prieres, Aurel Schmidt, Meryl Smith, Leo Fitzpatrick, Michael Genovese, Peter Chung, Weirdo Dave, and FriendsWithYou, but also New Zealand premier screenings of Captured, Bicycle Gangs of New York and Deathbowl to Downtown on Plaything’s amazing rooftop cinema.

Plaything is a gallery, venue and creative workspace established by slamxhype.com and The New Order magazine founder Adam Bryce. Located in Adam’s hometown of Auckland, Plaything was founded with the intention of bringing the world’s best art and culture to this part of the world, while giving artists an opportunity to experience the wonderful country that is New Zealand.

Aaron Bondaroff and Al Moran’s Our House West of Wynwood (O.H.W.O.W.) is Miami’s most exciting high profile art space. Designed by Rafael de Cardenas of Architecture at Large, the venue features prominent international and U.S. based experimental art as well as innovative contemporary art forms through an alternative cross-disciplinary perspective.
