Art Basel (part 3)
December 11th 08, 14:50
Day 3, I’m completely wiped out, from lack of sleep, being on my feet all day, and maybe being a little hung over. We headed down to the Aqua Art Fair in the Wynwood Design District. Best day day so far! The art at Aqua was awesome and the scene there was pretty wild too. There was an epic battle mid day in the court yard area of Aqua that featured 3 Shrimps, 1 Robot and 1 Golden Turd ascending to the top of a golden pyramid. check it out
Next, We headed down to Kill Your Idols Punk Is Everything show which featured both photography and flyer art that covered the walls with music acts to get things all crazy inside. It was an amazing show to say the least and the climax of the week for me.

Art Basel (part 2)
December 10th 08, 14:52
Day 2, No real sleep, pretty tired at this point. We checked out the Scope Art Fair down in the design district of Wynwood, which by the way is a strange place. I wonder what it’s like now, with all the hype over and done with Basel. It’s kind of a ghost town there. There’s empty warehouses and factories all over the place, but they’re building it up condos and megamalls. It’s a weird senerio.
Anyways here a couple pictures of the fair with highlights from the like of “Friends with You” check out the bounce house and the small town-like world they made with their art, i had a good time hanging out there, plus works from Shepard Fairey, Alex Gross, The Clayton Brothers and Dawn Black.

Star Wars Portraits
November 20th 08, 21:14
Here’s a couple of new paintings of star wars characters i did recently, i’ve been a fan ever since i can remember. I’m sure star wars was once of the reasons i started to draw. These paintings are going to a couple different places, but they look nice all together as a set. The empire was always inspiring to me, they should have won more battle, at least they got one movie title.

November 13th 08, 14:32
Last night was the special premiere opening of Bloc 28 Art Show by Disney, the 2nd annual collaboration of Disney and visionary street artists showcase their vision of an American icon, i ripped that from the flyer, it sounded pretty good, so why reword it, right. Plus a couple of new artists added for the 2nd installment of Block 28.
