Forever brand bicycle play a significant role in my childhood memories. My earliest memory of being on a bike was “Forever” brand, I remember it so well, I was strapped to my grandpa’s waist, the metal label embedded on the back of the seat often leave a mark on my chest, I was about 5 years old, and my grandfather passed away later that year.

We don’t often design logos but if a project sounds interesting and/or is for friends we will hook one up. We did this logo for new Korean fashion brand Stage 89. They have a show in Shanghai by the bund the other night. Not really my style but it’s good to see it floating above supermodel Agyness Deyn’s head!

I can’t remember which author once said, “No one can be more English than a Englishman who lives away from England.” I often tell people “ I’m 100% Chinese other than my English passport”. Despite this I always have my loose leaf Earl Grey tea, I like my sandwiches without crusts, adore the Mighty Boosh, won’t let go of The Streets even though Mike Skinner hasn’t come out with a new album for 4 years, I’m proud of my British education and dive deep into BBC documentaries.

Around the corner comes Halloween, I was about to pull my leggings out for a colder Shanghai, but my friend Ukachi was hosting this party last weekend… with the theme of Legs, Liquor, Love, Lust, Ladies and more legs… call me shallow but I love legs… so here I was with two bottle of vodka and my pair of legs…everybody loves happy legs!!
