Our pals Dre Urhahn and Jeroen Koolhaas (not sure if he’s related to Rem, are you?) are doing great things over in Rio de janeiro these days. Their latest well covered (no pun intend) project is a +2000 square meter painting of a Japanese style river based on a design by master tattooist Rob Admiraal. Furthermore, the weekend of the 17th til the 19th there will be an opening party which includes a photo exhibition and video installations. more information about this project to be found on the website.

The book “Out of Nowhere: The Inside Story of How Nike Marketed the Culture of Running” provides delightful insights as it takes the reader along in Geoff’s 33 year ride with the company. I haven’t been able to read it yet, but I recommend it anyway!
