Sunrise Zanzibar … Man off to catch fish for his pot and as it turned out … my pot also … this guy was 62 years old and was the head fisherman for the part of the island we were staying at … he swam out to the reef and spent 4 hours swimming and treading water every day with a knife the size of … well … picture the scene in crocodile dundee … “thats not a knife, this is a knife” … dude was health personified and a testament to living in a sunny climate and doing the simple things in life just to live, to be, to know.
