Currently on show until February 2009 at Berlin’s Neue Nationalgalerie is collection of Jeff Koon’s recent work consisting of 11 items, 9 of which are made of huge stainless steel pieces. intend to interpret oversized balloons or wrapped gifts. Beautiful Losers in Spain

Aaron Rose’s amazing Beautiful Losers travelling exhibition has parked itself in Madrid. While we’re all more than familar with Beautiful Losers and the great concept it is, what does surprise is just how amazing the images from each show look, each time drawing me in to look through the installation and works. Kaikai Kiki Announces The Return Of GEISAI Miami

Six years since the first inception of GEISAI in Japan in the summer of 2002 and its debut in Miami last year. Kaikai Kiki announces the return of GEISAI Miami for 2008. Organized by the artist-led art enterprise Kaikai Kiki, GEISAI Miami introduces an entirely new type of fair in the booming Miami art market, allowing artists to represent themselves and to present their work directly to an audience of collectors, art professionals and art enthusiasts. Nike Air Force 1 “Crazy” by Michael Lau

Michael Lau will be getting in the mix again with Nike as a participant of the 1WORLD project thas has seen collaborations with some real movers-and-shakers. Word has it that a shoe and vinyl figure are in order for this project with a theme based off the psychiatric ward, which is probably where the “Crazy” title comes into play. FLUX Screening Series at the Hammer Museum

Flux and the Hammer Museum present a quarterly screening series featuring innovative short films, music videos, features, filmmaker retrospectives and the most visual work from around the globe. The November screening spotlights two incredibly talented directors: Martin de Thurah and Nacho Vigalondo and one amazing music talent: DJ Bunny Ears. As part of this month’s program, de Thurah will present the U.S. Premiere of his short Young Man Falling plus his best music videos, and Vigalonda will share some of his rare short films. Axis: Welcome To My Nightmare at Suru L.A.

Here is a look at Ed Templeton’s exhibition which opened over the weekend on Saturday the 15th at the Roberts & Tilton Gallery together with Matt Leines. Titled ‘Map of the Inner War‘, Ed Templeton saturates the gallery with over 250 new works including painting, sculpture, photography, and works on paper. Cory Arcangel ‘Adult Contemporary’ in New York

Adult Contemporary seems a particularly appropriate title for this latest exhibition of new work by the now 30 year-old darling of new media art, for Arcangel can be seen here as either having a) finally grown up, or b) having fully sold-out. In actuality, however, both and neither are true as Arcangel continues to explore the possibilities that exist at the intersection of theory, humor, and technological breakdown. Adult Contemporary is made up of six autonomous works — a projection from a VHS tape; a 16mm film; a large fabricated c-print; a self-playing videogame; two computers corresponding; and a suite of monoprints.
