Nike Skateboarding has spent two months redesigning, regenerating and revitalizing one of London’s most renowned under cover skate spots: BaySixty6, located under the Westway at the end of Portobello Rd, West London. The park has been completely transformed into a state-of-the-art facility; the first of its kind in London. The floor has been resurfaced with fresh concrete, the underside of the Westway has been fitted with a new lighting scheme and an improved sound system has been installed. BaySixty6, complete with its renovated shop and social area, is now set to become the hub of London skateboarding, regardless of the weather. The new park opens to the public this weekend.
