JR On The High Line
JR managed to take his Inside Out Project to higher places over the weekend, getting up on the High Line in New York City. The High Line is the rejuvenated section of NY Central Railroad that has been turned into an urban park a level above the ground. JR’s piece uses the image of a Native American boy screwing up his eyes at the scene below.
