Factory Records
While the record label itself went bankrupt in 1992, and founder Tony Wilson past away in 2007, the legacy of Factory Records lives on. The hugely influential label who were behind the likes of Joy Division, later New Order, and The Happy Mondays became hugely popular simply off the back of breaking conventionality in the industry. I just wonder how Tony Wilson would have dealt with the current music industries woes.
