Just a few days ago it was announced that Frank Ocean came in Second Place on BBC’s Sound of 2012 list. The annual list is comprised of music critics and industry people to find the next big thing of that year. If you haven’t heard his free mixtape “nostalgia, Ultra” you should probably go download it. He is obviously gifted and re-imagining R&B in his own light. In this video he talks a bit about his inspiration and the connection between visuals and his music. Congratulations Frank!
