Over the weekend the music world lost a genuine talent and inspiration with Gil Scott Heron passing away in New York City. Amongst numerous genre’s covered by the artist, Scott-Heron is perhaps best known for his “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised” track. Having most recently worked with Jamie xx on the We’re New Here collaboration earlier this year the news comes as a great shock with the artist aged 62.
