With so much hype surrounding her latest music video ‘Born Free‘, Directed by Romaine Gavras, Maya Arulpragasam, also known as M.I.A., recently hung out with New York photographer Ryan McGinley on a two-day photo shoot through Manhattan and Brooklyn for New York Times magazine. Ryan McGinely, also making big moves as of late, has captured miss M.I.A. at her finest; carefree, young, loose and passionate. I love the image on the swing, I think this is perfectly directed on his behalf.
