Stussy x Greensleeves Collection

Here is a closer look at the Stussy X Greensleeves collection which we recently told you about.
It’s been pretty clear to anyone that follows our culture that over the last five years Stussy had fallen off, producing garish yet boring logo shirts that shifted in big units rather than the iconic and highly collectable collections that made the label one of the giants of the scene. However, over the last 12 months they seemed to have turned that around – the Deluxe range just gets better, they have dug deeper into their archives and entered into some inspired collaborations.
The Stussy X Greensleeves collection has to be my favourite yet though. Working with the London based reggae and dancehall label to put some of their most famous artists and record covers on a series of tees. Using artists including Prince Jammy, Yellowman and Barrington Levy and echo Stussy’s early heritage in the UK as a strong favourite of many attending soundsystem parties. Fingers crossed for Dr Alimantado shirt soon!
