Patrik Ervell continue to impress with sleek minimalist classic designs this season, with his Fall/Winter 2009 collection shown in New York Fashion week this week. Again one of the things that I find most appealing with Ervell collections is the amazing color pallette used, very subtle yet instantly recognizable shades of grey mixed with beige, and navy on tapered ankle trousers and oversized coats, amongst a range of other great pieces like alpaca knits and hooded jackets. The use of the simple laceless Common Projects ballistic nylon shoes is perfectly in line with the feel and aesthetics of the collection. Take a look at the collection inside.
